Estako Happy Wool is a fingering weight yarn spun from 40% merino wool, 20% polyamide and 40% acrylic. Each 1.76 oz (50 g) ball holds 191 yds (175 m) and is rated CYC 1 Super Fine, so it works on 3 mm needles (US 2-3, UK 11) or a 2-3 mm crochet hook at a gauge of 25 stitches and 33 rows over 4 in (10 cm). The merino content gives warmth and a soft handle next to the skin, while the polyamide adds the strength that socks, baby clothes, sweaters, scarves and hats need. Machine wash at 40 C and dry flat; do not bleach, tumble dry or iron. This ball is Peach, a soft peach with a warm undertone.
