For the best fit, we recommend this carrier for cats up to 10 lbs. Slim cats over 10 lbs may fit depending on body length and height. Please compare your pet’s measurements with the interior dimensions before ordering.

Yes. A slight new-product odor may be noticeable after sealed storage and shipping. We recommend airing the carrier out in a well-ventilated area for about 24 hours before your pet’s first use.

Why does the bottom support pad seem too large?

The support pad is designed to fit when the carrier is fully opened. Please unfold and flatten the bottom first, then place the pad flat inside and align all four corners. A partially folded base may make the pad appear too large.
