Why is the speaker still not loud enough?

Please check [Settings]-[Bluetooth]-[X8] to make sure to set the 'Device Type' of X8 to 'Speaker'. Then check the volume on your device and press the VOL+ button to increase the volume.This should resolve the issue of low sound.
